I have found the knack for fried eggs is to heat the oiled/nonstick pan with the silicone ring on the pan and then crack the egg into the ring - dribble a little of the white around the edge first and as the pan is hot it will cook immediately and form a seal around the bottom - then pour the rest of the egg into the ring”
