Preheat oven to 180oC or 160oC fan assist
Grease two 7 inch cake tins and line with baking paper
Empty sponge mix into bowl and add eggs, oil and water
Beat mixture for 2 minutes until smooth
Pour mixture into tins and bake for 25-30 minutes
Leave to cool for a couple of minutes and turn out of tins
Divide mixture between 12 cupcake cases in muffin tray and bake for 18-20 minutes
Leave to cool fully before decorating
