Good to know

  • Preheat oven to 220 C Fan, 240 C Electric, Gas Mark 8
  • Par boil potatoes for 10 minutes
  • Toss potatoes in colander and leave to rest
  • Add 3 tbsp oil to deep roasting tray and place in oven to heat
  • Put potatoes in bowl, add 1 tbsp oil and sprinkle on contents of sachet
  • Mix to coat evenly
  • Put seasoned potatoes into roasting tray and cook for 35 minutes, turning regularly until golden brown, crispy and tender
  • Serve and enjoy
