  • Ensure skin is clean, dry and free from lotions/oils before applying
  • Gently stretch the patch to lift the release paper and expose half of the adhesive side
  • Gently press the half-exposed part of the tape onto the skin
  • Avoid touching the adhesive side of the patch
  • Press the patch down firmly, particularly around the edges
  • Patch may be left in place for up to 7 days
  • Gently peel the patch away from the skin
