Uses: relief of pain and inflammation, local relief of muscular backache, rheumatic and muscular pain, sprains, strains and sports injuries

How to use: apply 2-5cm of gel on affected area, use every 4 hours, do not use more than 4 times in 24 hours, apply only to skin, wash hands after use, avoid contact with eyes, mouth, lips or nose, or inflamed or broken skin
Hazards and Cautions: do not use if allergic to ibuprofen or any of the ingredients, do not use on broken, damaged, diseased or infected skin, do not use on children under 12 years
How to store: do not store above 25°C, store in original package, keep out of sight and reach of children
