  • Cut the bandage to the desired length
  • Stick the bandage directly on to clean, dry, non-greasy skin
  • Relax the tension in the bandage and make a turn to cover the first turn
  • Continue to wrap the bandage, overlapping each layer by half the width of the bandage
  • Make the final turn without tension and ensure it covers the previous turn completely
  • If the bandage becomes too tight, remove immediately
