Good to know

  • Ensure TENS unit is switched off before applying/removing electrodes
  • Clean area where electrodes are to be placed
  • Do not apply to broken skin or areas with no sensation
  • Hold one edge of electrode while peeling off shield
  • Position electrodes onto skin and smooth down
  • Plug lead-wire to TENS unit to begin treatment
  • Remove electrodes from skin by gently peeling from edges
  • Store electrodes in cool place and out of direct sunlight
  • Clean adhesive surface of electrodes with damp, lint-free cloth
  • Replace electrodes if they do not adhere firmly
