Boots Tubular Support Bandage provides flexible support for large ankles, medium knees and small thighs
Quick and easy to apply and stays in place without tapes or pins
Hand washable for repeat applications
Apply a cold compress to the affected area to minimise swelling and reduce pain before applying the bandage
Cut the tubular support bandage to twice the length required for the area to be covered, with 3cm extra for overlap
Pull the bandage evenly over the limb as a sleeve and double back over the limb to form a second layer
Ensure that the top layer overlaps the bottom layer by approximately 3cm
Do not wear if warming or heat generating liniments, ointments or creams have been applied
Size correctly to ensure maximum benefit
Seek medical advice if no improvement is seen within 72 hours
