  • Create Thai curry paste from scratch
  • Add ingredients to small food processor
  • Mix paste with chicken cubes
  • Marinate chicken in refrigerator for 1 hour
  • Heat oil in wok or large frying pan
  • Add marinated chicken and stir
  • Add coconut milk and simmer for 15-20 minutes
  • Check chicken is cooked through
