Dahlia bulbs are easy-to-grow and heat-loving, blooming non-stop from midsummer through fall.
Most dahlias grow into bushy plants that stand 3 to 4 feet tall, while Border Dahlias are much more compact at just 15 to 20 high.
Ideal height for growing at the front of a flower bed, along a walkway, and in pots and planters.
Low-growing dahlias bloom with incredible energy.
Sow between February and May at a depth of 8cm.
Spread up to 40cm.
Flowers bloom between July and October.
