Open the flask by sliding the lock upwards and pressing the button.
Unscrew the flask cap, pour in liquid, leave 4 cm space from the upper edge.
Wait 10 minutes before putting the cap on.
Make sure the cap adheres properly to the opening of the flask.
Ensure the valve is in the open position before screwing or unscrewing the cap.
Release excessive water vapor by opening the valve for several seconds after closing the flask.
Avoid tilting the filled flask to the horizontal position to prevent water vapor accumulation.
If warm contents are used, be careful when opening to prevent liquid spray.
The advised safety temperature of liquid is below 80°C to prevent burns.
Thoroughly wash the thermal mug with water and dishwashing liquid before each use.
