Good to know

  • Pour 75cl bottle of unoaked fruity red wine into a large saucepan
  • Add 2 sachets of Mulled Wine Spice, 2tbsp of brown sugar and 1 sliced orange
  • Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Remove sachet and serve straight away
