“This is by far the best Gel varnish I've ever used! It sets pretty quick but the trick is to allow the vanish to completely dry before applying the top coat otherwise it will take longer to dry and therefore end up getting smudged (I made this mistake the first time) But the second time I allowed it to completely dry”
