Uses: relief of sudden, short term diarrhoea in adults and children of 12 years and over, relief of short term diarrhoea associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
Age Restriction: must be at least 16 years old to purchase
How to use: read enclosed leaflet carefully before use
How to take: check foil is not broken before use, take tablet from foil and place on tongue, allow to completely disintegrate before swallowing
Dosage: two tablets to start with, one tablet after each loose bowel movement, don't take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours, don't take for more than 48 hours
Hazards and Cautions: don't give to children under 12 years, don't take more than amount recommended, if diarrhoea does not go away within 48 hours talk to doctor, if need to take for repeated attacks of IBS for more than 14 days, or if notice new symptoms, or symptoms worsen, talk to doctor
Storage: do not store above 25 C, store in original packaging, keep out of sight and reach of children, use by date on end flap of carton
Precautions: consult doctor or pharmacist if underlying medical condition, taking any other medication or complementary therapy, symptoms persist, seek advice if breast feeding, pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or suffer from allergies
