  • Suitable for Adults and children of 16 years and over
  • Must be at least 16 years old to purchase
  • May make you sleepy, do not drive or use tools or machines, do not drink alcohol
  • Swallow the tablet with water
  • One 20 minutes before you go to bed, do not exceed the stated dose
  • Insomnia may be a symptom of a serious underlying medical illness
  • Do not take if you have ever had an allergic reaction to diphenhydramine hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients, if you have an obstruction in your stomach or gut, if you are pregnant, breast-feeding or receiving prescribed medicines
