  • Drops can be used during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding
  • Check nozzle and bottle for damage before use
  • Tilt head to one side with affected ear facing upwards
  • Drop 2-3 drops into ear and massage around outside
  • Allow a few minutes for drops to reach ear drum
  • Plug ear lightly with cotton wool if required
  • Tilt head so that ear is facing downwards to remove oil
