  • Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, and not recommended for use by anyone with gum disease, gingivitis, bleeding or receding gums
  • Suitable for adults with natural, healthy teeth
  • Not suitable for children
  • Dry teeth using a tissue or towel
  • Remove cap and rotate end of pen until the gel appears on the applicator
  • Apply a good covering of gel onto the teeth
  • Use the applicator to gently rub the gel into the tooth surface (approx. 10 seconds per tooth)
  • Keep your mouth slightly open for 1 minute to allow the gel to dry
