Good to know

  • Brush teeth before use
  • Peel two plastic layers of film apart to reveal strips
  • Dry teeth
  • Apply larger upper strip to top teeth with gel side against teeth
  • Fold remaining part of strip material over back of teeth
  • Repeat application with smaller strip for lower teeth
  • Press strips gently to make sure they fully wrap teeth surfaces
  • Leave in place for 30 minutes
  • Avoid eating or drinking during this time
  • Remove strips and brush teeth
