  • Gently soften and remove ear wax
  • Suitable for adults, the elderly and children over 1 year
  • Tilt head sideways with affected ear facing upwards
  • Using dropper, place 2-3 drops of oil at room temperature into ear
  • Gently massage around outside of ear
  • Do not insert dropper or any solid object into ear
  • Keep head tilted for a few minutes
  • Plug ear lightly with cotton wool if necessary
  • Use drops twice a day for up to seven days
  • Children under 5 years should receive medical diagnosis and supervision
