Good to know

  • Peel and cut potatoes into large pieces
  • Boil potatoes in water for 10 mins until just tender
  • Drain off the water and shake potatoes in the pot with a lid on to fluff up the edges
  • Leave potatoes to one side to dry slightly, until needed
  • Preheat oven at 200C/180C Fan/Gas Mark 6
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a roasting tray
  • Coat the potatoes with seasoning
  • Add to roasting tray and roast for 45 - 50 mins, turning part way through, until golden and crisp.
